Membership Rates
Members represent public transit systems, private and non-profit transportation
providers, suppliers, consultants, and government representatives. For a list of OPTA members,

There are currently five levels of membership in OPTA:
Transportation Service Provider
This membership level includes transit systems, taxi companies and private bus companies. Fees are based upon your transportation operating budget or equivalent. This membership level includes all OPTA services, products and related discounts. Voting rights are included.
Business Member
This membership level includes, but is not limited to vehicle and parts manufacturers, software providers, training organizations, advertising agencies and consulting companies. Fees are based upon your net sales to the transportation industry in the Province of Ontario. This membership level includes all OPTA services, products and related discounts. Voting rights are included.
Government
Government Representatives are encouraged to contact us to discuss how they can become involved in OPTA.
Non-Profit
This membership level includes organizations that provide or organize transportation, but do not receive the majority of their funding from municipal sources. This membership level includes web site access, electronic bulletins, and member discounts to conferences. Print materials and other services will be available at reduced rates. Voting rights are included.
Friend of OPTA
This membership level includes organizations or individuals that have an interest in public transit and/or community transportation but do not consult, sell or provide transportation to the industry. This membership level includes web site access, electronic bulletins, and member discounts to conferences. Print materials and other services will be available at reduced rates. Voting rights are not included.
